ELMHURST SYMPHONY BROADCAST:  "50th Anniversary Celebration" Concert. The ESO kicked off its 50th Anniverary with the rousing Finlandia by Sibelius,  the thrilling Beethoven's "Emperor" Piano Concerto No. 5 with pianist Winston Choi, 2010 Stanger Young Artists winner, Derrek Chung performing Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 5, and the majestic and dramatic Symphony No. 50 (Mount St. Helens) by Alan Hovhaness. This concert was performed in October 2011. 

This concert will be rebroadcast by COMCAST on Channel 6 and ATT Uverse on Channel 99 during the month of January.  This is a COMCAST COMMUNITY program of the "Our Kind of Town" series by the City of Elmhurst. This concert's airdates can also be viewed in 33 other west suburban communities on channel 6 or 110.
