The ESO 2020/21 season is different than past seasons and we want to make sure your questions and concerns are addressed.

How will your experience with the Elmhurst Symphony change from previous seasons?

The ESO is remaining responsive to ongoing guidance surrounding how to keep patrons, musicians, and staff members safe during the pandemic. To that end, it is highly likely that Box Office, check-in, seating arrangements, and other aspects of your experience will be different than you’re used to. We are hard at work crafting safe and appropriate guidelines for live performances and will communicate any changes to you in advance of our in-person programming resuming, we hope, in 2022.

What is happening in Spring 2021?

Our Spring 2021 concert is confirmed for digital streaming and may be experienced from the comfort of your own home.  Tickets will be sold, and a non-sharable link to the program will be provided in the confirmation email.

Will the symphony use all musicians?

The symphony is not able to perform with all our musicians .  Currently social distancing guidelines limit the participation of orchestra members to about 20 players per concert .  Dr. Alltop has reprogrammed our fall season to accommodate these changes
